Many retro movie fans think that Vera Miles has never received the praise she deserved for so many remarkable performances. Perhaps Miles plays some part in this because she refuses to give interviews regarding the high profile movies she has appeared in. On the movie blog Hill Place, Shaun Chang has a fitting tribute to Ms. Miles and postures that her career never fully recovered from having been replaced by Kim Novak in Hitchcock's Vertigo.
