Actress Gloria Stuart, who epitomized the late career Hollywood comeback, has died at age 100. Stuart toiled for decades in films opposite major stars such as Boris Karloff and James Cagney, but never managed to land a star-making role. At one point she quit the industry altogether in favor of sailing to exotic places around the globe.
